The Challenge

Apex Insurance was managing thousands of policies across a patchwork of spreadsheets and an aging desktop application that only worked on office machines. As the brokerage expanded into new regions and hired remote agents, the old system became a bottleneck — no real-time visibility, no mobile access, and no way to onboard new agents quickly.

The Solution

Bohotek designed and built a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up. Agents get a streamlined workspace for managing clients and policies; branch managers get real-time dashboards; and admins get granular role-based permissions across every office. We built subscription-based billing for add-on modules, and layered in audit logging and encryption to meet insurance industry compliance expectations.

The platform was architected for horizontal scale from day one, so onboarding a new branch office is now a configuration change, not a new deployment.
